Efter en del sållande av potentiella hyresgäster så har jag nu kommit överens med två stycken och skrivit avtal med dem. Det blir två pensionärer (damer) som flyttar in, den ena har redan flyttat in och den andra flyttar in 1 mars.

Jag har några saker som behöver fixas i den ena lägenheten vilket jag tänkte göra i februari innan hon flyttat in.

Efter det så är det dags att kika på åtgärder för att öka på intäkterna på fastigheten. Även en del mindre underhållsarbete finns att göra. Jag gjorde en del byten av rör i fastighetens vattensystem i december oxå, där lärde jag mig en hel del och jag tänkte skriva om detta separat i en egen bloggpost.
